Potty training update

As of today 7/25/08 Brennen has been almost 100% accident free for a full week. We started potty training last Saturday. He has had only 1 accident that I know of. It is so great knowing I don't have to buy diapers for him anymore. He is still not 100% potty trained through the night, but he will get there. We started out doing the aiming into the toilet shooting cereal. He thought that was great, but it didn't stick. Next he got a treat every time he went in the toilet. Brennen loves candy so that worked. It is hard though because he is getting a treat because he is doing what I ask him to and go potty in the toilet. Then Camrey sees that he is getting a treat and wants one too. I can't tell her no because it is not her fault she is already potty trained. I will make her help me clean up her toys or her room to earn the treat though. I am so proud of Brennen's accomplishment. I have to say I have two of the best kids. (I am a little biased though, as with any parent)
