They like to feed ducks

When we found out we were pregnant we didn't tell Camrey and Brennen right away for fear they would tell everyone before we went to the first doctors appointment, so after the first appointment we went to a pond just up from our house so the kids could feed the ducks. Before they started the feeding we told the kids that I was having a baby. Camrey was so excited and started jumping up and down. Brennen I think didn't care because he doesn't truly know what it means when this little baby gets here. After telling them we enjoyed the rest of the evening as a family. The kids love feeding ducks so it was a very good time. After the bread ran out we let the kids play on the toys for a bit before feeding the prego lady.

The duck was drooling for more bread

A few days after feeding these ducks we went to Beus' pond and fed the geese and ducks there. I will tell you that if you want to have geese eat right out of your hand go to Beus'. One word of advice though, don't make any quick movements around the geese or they will snap. Brennen went to grab a piece of bread and did it a little too fast and the goose nipped him on the shoulder. We had to just keep reminding him not to run around the geese. Camrey loved the swan that was there. She has this thing with swans because of the Swan Princess. She took a few pictures of the swan.
